He was not viciously biting the staffer he was trying to play and he was just being rough

UPDATE: somebody did attempt to adopt Ralphie. It only lasted about a week before the woman returned him to the Niagara SPCA because he was ‘too much’. Ralphie is now in a 6 week extension training program funded by the SPCA.

Fingers crossed for the cutie. I’m a local here and have 2 frenchies of my own 🥹

The little boy is living as God intended.... Wild and crazy!!!! Honestly who can't relate to that?! No matter what show him love always. You don't want him to be afraid of you. He will understand and as he grows with you he will become your best friend. Miracles and blessings always 🙏❤️

Omg I never realized it until now but my dog is a jerk as well 😂 she was a super jerk as a puppy but she has calmed a lot with age but I love her so much all the same ❤

Calling him a "demon" is already placing strikes against him. After this he was adopted and she promised it would be his forever home, she would not give up on him then in a blink he was back at the pound. Eventually he'll get put down or placed into an abusive home, some lame mentality "they'll beat the demon out of him". Hopefully some amazing "dog whisperer" will come along and help this dog live a good and peaceful life.
