I have an S10e... Did exactly what you did.. also tried several different apks... ALL of the say installing & then app not installed... No clue why

Ok for me i download the file instead of going to the download thing it goes to the internal storage one and when I press it it say it can't read the file should we try the app store or something like that and I don't know why
