Kasie Hunt announces she’s leaving MSNBC | New York Post

NBC News correspondent and MSNBC anchor Kasie Hunt is leaving NBCUniversal after eight years, and is reportedly heading to CNN.

According to a report from Variety, Hunt who hosts “Way Too Early” on MSNBC and serves as a Capitol Hill correspondent for NBC News, is decamping for CNN as part of the network’s aggressive push into streaming.

Neither CNN nor Hunt responded to requests seeking comment.
