Valve made decoys actually usable now. Before that change every time you used a decoy you risked getting a cooldown because someone didnt like you, but hey it only took them like 6 years to fix it.

Decoys should not stop damaging teammates. Instead, a team kill with a decoy should not count for the ban procedure

I'd love nades not deal damage when thrown at teammates. Explosions sure but I hate to lose my Kevlar first round because of a dumb decoy or smoke
