Actually there are 2 types of adapters from KnF concept, manual and autofocus.
Manual adapter which which it has EF-E written in the body, and there no autofocus pins inside
and the Autofocus adapter which it has EF-E IV AF written in the body with autofocus pins inside the adapters.

In this review it is obvious that he use the manual adapter.

You should mention that’s there’s no aperture control so you must use the lens wide open.

Great vid! So I actually bought this a while back not knowing about the manual aspect. The issue I've run into is I can't change the aperture on my EF lenses. Is there perhaps an add on to this mount that would enable that?

I just bought one so I could use my fisheye lens on my Sony camera. I checked everywhere to make sure it was compatible with my camera and my lenses- and it is supposed to be. It clicks perfectly on to the camera, and the lenses on to the adapter, however whenever I go to shoot a video or a photo, the camera says “Cannot recognize lens. Attach it properly.”

I’ve tried everything, turning the camera off and on again, detaching the adapter and detaching the lens, I even took the battery out and put it back in like it says on Sony’s official website. I don’t know what else to do and I’m just looking for somebody that could help 😔

I’d be doing the same thing for my A5000. So, on your 18-55 efs lens, how do you adjust aperture as that lens only has zoom and focus?
