We were honored to have all the guests of honor: H.E. Heng Sour, Minister, Labor and Vocational Training; H.E. Sok Sokan, Secretary of State, Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction; H.E. Phan Phalla, Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance; H.E. Chin Malin, Secretary of State, Ministry of Justice; and H.E.
