Short Video: Holter Monitor Experience

Hi everyone, I just want to share with you guys my Holter Monitoring experience. Been very sick last November 2021, collapsed a few times that's why I have to undergo some laboratory test. And this holter monitoring was the most difficult laboratory test that I've been through. Had to wear it 24 hours and you have to be careful because the equipment is very delicate. Anyways, this is just a short video that I made.

I am okay now but I have to monitor myself and I have to avoid foods that contains caffeine.
