You are so beautifull when you sing Mr Joe Cocker

When you find an artist that instantly removes you from your surroundings, that's the rabbit hole you want to jump down into. Joe cocker made a living from doing like nobody else could! Some must-listen suggestions: She Came In Thru The Bathroom Window, The Jealous Kind, Catfish (About the pitching great Catfish Hunter), A Song For You (My all time favorite of his), Look What you’ve Done, and Worrier. JC passed away in Dec of 2014 at 70 years of age from lung cancer….. RIP and TY for the music you left us. TY for reacting.

It's been said that Stevie Ray Vaughn played the guitar like his life depended on it. I believe Joe Cocker sang much in the same way. What a legend.

I heard someone say once, and I positively agree, that the notes he almost hits are far more beautiful than they would be if he actually hit them.

Joe Cocker should be proud of showing us this part of you. Thank you Joe

It is criminal that Joe Cocker is not in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. So much great work out there for us to enjoy.

And to think that he thought that people wouldn’t get him! We got you! RIP

There's a reason this song has endured for decades, and why no one else but Joe Cocker can give it the beauty and gravitas it deserves. It's the same reason only Leonard Cohen can truly sing "Hallelujah."

Talent is one thing, delivery is everything.

Watching Joe Cocker, you get this feeling that no one, not a single human in existence, could possibly be feeling the song as much as he is.

He expressed this song as if it was his last dying breath for his one love.

The purest and most genuine reaction was right there in your eyes even before you said the first word.

Beth, I’m a 49 year old man and I sob seeing this. It reminds me of being young and still believing in love. I’m stunned.

He has always had that connection with his voice and his heart. It takes one hell of an artist to claim the definitive version of a Beatles song from them in their hayday.
