One of the best feelings ever. On the second to last day of school all of my friends were doing backflips, and I had been trying to learn beforehand. My friend spotted me once and then I just did it and i was extremely happy. Congrats

Im always trying to do backflip on my bed but before i do it, i start laughing and then i neck it.

My son learned how to back flip on the trampoline @ 8 he's 9 now I'll watch this video him & spot him so he can learn how to do it on a flat surface this was a neat video
