I'm so glad that I saw this video and her experience. I've been going through almost the same thing since December of 2020. People think it's in my head, they don't believe me. The doctors tell me that my lung tests are all clear. My MRI with contrast showed that im perfectly fine. My EKG showed abnormality yet my angiogram and stress test showed that I was completely normal and healthy. They made me feel like I was crazy. I can't work because it's been so debilitating. The puffs that I was given don't really help. It's so frustrating coping with this., especially when no one seems to understand or believe me😕

I understand her suffering. I am also suffering similar. You just want it to go away and be healthy again. Can be very depressing. Jesus please heal and restore us.... 🙏❤️

I’m glad someone spoke out about this. I’ve been sick since Covid I January 2022 January. I work at a busy barber shop and I’ve called in so much I’m probably fired. I have t fatigue and fever, headaches and just no energy. I work for myself so there’s no luck of me getting any help. I was working 2 jobs till Covid

“All in your head” Is something that is being thrown about too frivolously.
Interesting that doctors have been bought so easily.

Nice to see a physician of any type believe what a patient says. I'm over the so-called Emory guy that calls himself 'doctor.'

Long Covid is very difficult to navigate as no two days are the same and recovery is not linear. My muscles can go from feeling really heavy - like they’re being dragged down, or they can become very weak or numb. Different muscle groups seem to be affected at different times without warning but the worst is in the neck area as it makes me feel like I can’t breath properly - like being strangled by my own neck muscles. I’m on week 10 now and I’ve recovered a little bit, but right back at the start I had a whole body muscle spasm whilst attending a&e in hospital after it started with pins and needles, numbness, high pitched ringing in my ears and visual disturbances. This spasm travelled up my body from my toes to the tops of my cheeks and then stopped. Thankfully, this spasm only lasted half an hour before I could move again. Many of my muscular symptoms that I’ve had since seemed to have become part of my everyday existence have led me to believe that the problem may stem in the fascia (connective tissue) and would explain why sometimes the muscles work ok and other times they don’t. My analogy of the feeling of heaviness in the muscles is - when the power steering goes in a car, you can still steer the car but it’s a lot heavier to do. it’s hard to explain to somebody who has not experienced it as it’s such a weird feeling that I get especially in my arms and legs like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Let’s hope we all get the answers we need whilst still remembering those that sadly didn’t get better from covid.

I'm one year out from having COVID. I'm still having a lot of health problems still to this day. Your right the doctors always say it's just in your head. I scheduled an appointment to see a heolistic doctor.

I am experiencing similar things after 1 1/2 years post Covid. The lady saying she just wished for night time to go to sleep resonated with me. I think the medical world is still trying to figure out how to deal with the active virus they are not very focused on those who survive with lingering severe symptoms. My internist contracted the disease almost a year after me. He is more understanding now and more self educated on how to help himself and his patients who have had it. The struggle is real. I am so sorry for those who died from this disease. I am equally sad for those who are dealing with the symptoms post Covid. I hear you. I understand. Keep the faith.

Most doctors don't know anymore than you do. They just have a good memory to pass test in school. The doctors that do care, armed with up-to-date knowledge and working on your problems you'll probably never meet. You just have to wait. Unfortunately some don't have time to wait.
