As a person that watched her interview in arabic, The Algerian boxer is well known to the Italian one. She trained with her in the same gym in Italy since she was young as a member of the algerian national team. It sounds to me that it is a clear case of a smear campaign to discredit her achievements.

8:12 Krystal does not understand this topic. Caster doesn’t just somehow naturally produce more testosterone than most women…she doesn’t just lack ovaries…she has internal testes! She has XY chromosomes, and lacks a gene that causes the testes to descend and penis to develop and vaginal canal to close in utero. All fetuses appear female until this stage of development, and in these people this didn’t happen. This is a male that was mistakenly called a female at birth. It’s sad for the boys when this happens and in underdeveloped countries the doctors at delivery (if there is one) won’t recognize it and they will believe they are a girl until puberty, but the bodily development in puberty is the same for these boys as those with normal bodies. They grow taller, stronger, faster, etc. and they are likely more inclined towards sports, and will naturally excel when competing against natal females.

No. It's the normal range. No quotes are needed. Normal means typical or usual. It doesn't mean "good" or "correct." And yes, 0.5 to 2.4 nanomoles of testosterone is the normal amount for females.
