A point charge q above an infinite grounded conducting plane - by Method of Image Charges
Показать описание
In this video, considering a point charge q located at a distance d above an infinite grounded conducting plane, we try to find the electrostatic potential in the region above the plane by using the method of image charges. We also find the surface charge density induced on the plane due to the charge q. In addition, we find the force between the plane and the charge and also the work necessary to remove the charge q from its position to infinity.
