Drumming Play Along: Easy

Kids love this EASY drumming play along! Perfect for classroom drums and bucket drumming, the simple chant lyrics and rhythm of “Bam! Bang! Boom!” by Lisa Gillam will get them tapping their toes as they reinforce ta, titi and rest. This super simple play along video is awesome for lower elementary classroom music!

Activity Instructions:
Place your drums in circle formation.
Invite each student to choose a drum and stand behind it.
Lead them in playing the rhythm (or a steady beat) as they recite the chant.
After each verse, students should take four steps to the left to stand at the next drum.
The chant continues with each student at the new drum.
