The cushion is good, but I disagree they are not better. The LBJ 20s have better traction. The next Gem I have to put wD40 in order to have a better grip. But you can't go wrong either way.

I’d say it depends on which cushion set up you like better. I think the upper is better on the nexxt gen but the bottom loaded zoom on the 20s are amazing. Still breaking in the nexxt tho but they are nice

I’m pretty sure having the zoom unit lower on the shoe makes it more bouncy. But yeah they are so close it’s basically down to preference.
