Love this Its litteraly the best potato salad on this planet!! I do chop the cellery into very small cubes but thats my own preference! Thanks akis! Also ur greek chickpea stew is amazing i make it for many years now! And everyone always enjoys it thank you!

I add 1/2 cup salt to the water. it kicks out the potato flavor to another level.

I like mustard in my salad. Dijon.

my mother would make this akis potato salad...I thought the onions were too sharp...

tip: soak chopped onions in apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes. drain then add. This will mellow the onions.

Are you using regular Olive oil, or does it have a certain origin? Like does it come from a special country, or is it the first cut, virgin... extra virgin maybe? I'm confused.
