Everyone has gotten a phone call from a scammer at one point or another. I found the perfect way to mess with scammers not only to get revenge, but to make them angry too!

When a group of tech support scammers calls me on the phone, I pretend to fall for their scam so I can trick them into some hilarious improv situations. They are not expecting this which leads to a bunch of angry scammers at the end.

One day, you live in Canada, on an old rural route where the USA is across the street, and your bank is Chase, but you have to fight with customs and border to get over there, and you get detained for unpaid parking tickets. You need the scammer to act as a family member to verify who you are and you do this by giving all kinds of outlandish stories starting with "that one time, at the watering hole..."

I think my grandmother would be one of the greatest unknowing scam trollers and she kinda already is. My grandma has been on the phone with someone from "the insurance company" for the past 30 minutes and whenever I come out of my room she is asking the scammer the same question. She has dementia so essentially she will ask a question forget that she asked it and then will ask it like 30 seconds later. I can't really hear what the person on the other side is saying because she didn't leave it on speaker but I would assume they are very very annoyed. It is also funny because when she asks the same question 5 times in a row she says it with a genuine voice like she didn't just ask it. I guess sometimes good things come from bad illnesses.
