in many cases if you eat only when you are hungry and not because it is time to eat breakfast lunch or dinner then it leads to Intermittent fasting. And if you are able to lower your fasting insulin and fix your hunger hormones then it may lead to calorie restriction naturally. You don’t need studies on others to know if it works or not. Do the study on yourself and find out!
