Let's create a store to sell files! If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you may have noticed I recently bought a 3D printer to make cookie cutters for my wife's cookie business. That's because cookie cutters are a pretty hot market. So, now I have a bunch of STL files for 3D printing.

Wow, I got view number 1000, then you must wish says the tale :) Um.... a " Hack and Play "on how to bring" Commerce License Access Control " up to a standard so that it can be included on the roadmap for "certified-projects " at Centarro, because your wife must also sell cookie recipes to us outside the US, who can not get them fresh ;). Thank you for taking the time to make these videos, they are cozy, inspiring and informative.

Thanks for this Matt. It's great timing for me as I plan to set up a Drupal site for selling video file downloads.

Thank you Matt, I really needed this. But I think online course selling websites are more involved. they are more complex and I'm wondering how it is possible to make such websites with Drupal Commerce since the course module and Commerce module are not integrated. Also solutions like Opigno are too complex for simple websites

Thank you for this, it's been very helpful, but have you found a way to display the number of times a customer has downloaded the file? I want to limit mine to two?

Hi Matt thanks for the heads up on using media entities over images for the product variations! However I'm having a hard time finding a module which displays multiple assets in a block with thumbs/carousel etc - are there any you can recommend?
