Just ordered a 27-inch in sage! Can't wait to hop back on. I used to skate a regular deck in my teens now in my 30s. This should be a fun way to get around.

I get shy when i ride my penny on our village. Its pribably because theres this boys who like to hangout in our street and they kinda make fun of me when i ride my penny because im a girl. Im just not that confident so i need your help and tips guys.

I chose the Nickel cause it's smoother and bigger and I have to admit, I'm a little bit scared of the Penny board because I feels like it's gonna break, lol. Oh well, I'm a beginner. And awesome vid. And cruising is addictive... or whatever even though I'm just a beginner. Hahah yeah I'm in love with my Nickel board XD

It's usually down to personal preference tbh. Try going to a local skate shop that sells both, so you can get a feel of what it's like to stand on them and stuff. The Penny is smaller and more transportable, but the Nickel is bigger and offers a larger surface, because the Penny is too small for some, and it is easier to perform tricks on. I'm fine with both, but it's up to you! Hope this helps!

I would recommend a the 27 inch penny do beginners as the 22 inch is more complex. If you have previous skating experience get the 22inch if not the 27 inch.

The board in the video is called a "nickel", and as far as I know the USA is the only country that uses a nickel. Also the "penny nickel" is lager then the "original penny" like a nickel coin is lager then a penny coin.

I skate regular boards and nickel boards, Ima try to focus on the nickel board for a while to see if I can get some cool tricks with it. Like 180s and no complies on lock which is extremely hard on the nickel board for some reason lol I prolly need to slap some grip tape on it.
