How to get on the property ladder with a low income or little deposit! Frugal Living & Money Tips
Показать описание
In this video I'm going to be sharing some great tips and hacks you can use to get on the property ladder if you have a low income.
Getting on the property ladder can be very challenging if you are on a low income because lenders will usually borrow you only a maximum of up to five times you annual salary and if you are on a low income this can make it very challenging for you to get a decent property and get on the ladder.
Trust me, I know this because I have been there.
When I wanted to initially get on the property ladder, my income was between £16K - £18K per annum and to make matters worse I wanted a property in London and if you live in London, you will know that house prices in London are hugely overpriced and the kind of salary I was on could hardly even buy a garage here in London.
A mixture of experience, working within the banking and finance sector closely alongside the mortgage advisors, doing a lot of research and speaking to a lot of experienced people in the property game helped me to find a way round it. And two years ago, with a lot of hard work and dedication, I was able to purchase my very own one bedroom flat in London to help me get on the property ladder.
Usually, I am someone that is very private and like to keep my things to myself, but I know there are lot of people that want to get on the property ladder and don't know how to go about it and it will be selfish on my side to keep my knowledge and experience to myself when I know it can help someone out there.
So I have created this video to help anyone who is in the same or similar position as I was when I wanted to get on the property ladder.
I hope you enjoy this video and find it helpful.
Please leave any questions or contributions in the comment section for me and I will do my best respond to them.
