You fail to mention that the Raspberry Pi is only for hobby use, as the intellectual property cannot be used commercially. That is a big deal for people developing actual useful hardware. Furthermore, when a tiny board develops a lot of heat due to a fast clock, cooling is required and cooling can cause problems for such boards. For a microcontroller, the H7 is pretty strong, without getting into cooling issues.
