My Iphone 15PM (hong kong variant) is totally shattered (back and front, but it turns on and can be used), I have Apple Care+ so I thought it would be easy to replace but I went to powermac in powerplant and they said they didn't accept Apple Care+ that i had to go to an official Apple Store, you mentioned switch in your video, I will try that service center to see if I have a different response
