Loved the video! It really helps when you compare one product to the other. I have large puffy bags with extreme blue and purple in the corner of my eyes. After I started watching you, I began using a brighter which had great results for me. Getting more sleep would help too. I am 66 and I have rarely used makeup in the past. I have clear beautiful skin...but, it is so translucent I have blue veining in my cheeks. Your channel has been a beauty saver for me. Plagued with dark circles at 71 and unpredictable bags from environmental allergies. I honestly never knew about color correcting until I found you last year. It is a game changer but finding the right one for my under eye is challenging. I use peachy now and it is good but some days its a battle. Will be trying your brightening stick.

I have circles under my eyes & sometimes puffiness. I found that a thicker stick foundation (by Hourglass), in a lighter color than my foundation, not painted on like lipstick, but dabbed, then blended in with a foundation brush, works best for me. Then, I mix the regular foundation with a serum & apply it sparingly as well, then blend it all in with the hourglass using a foundation brush). The trick for me, is to put the hourglass on very low, & I got the idea from you, Nikol! It works brilliantly. I put it in the upper corners, then over the top of my cheekbone in the center, almost in a diamond shape. Then I blend my foundation (Lancome') over the top with the foundation brush, & am careful to blend well. It must be used sparingly, on well moisturized skin like you suggest, to avoid looking caked on my skin. Thanks for the tip. It's made a BIG difference in the appearance of my undereye circles.

An additional note for health nuts is, undereye circles can be a sign that your liver is working overtime. When I stay on a diet that is friendly to my liver (that's probably another video!), it really helps reduce the appearance of the circles. I have been fighting with my dark circles for almost 50 years and am trying to embrace them (while still covering them up!). My favorite products are a Vitamin K eye cream, the Ulta undereye primer or the Peter Thomas Roth Temporary Eye Tightener. The latter product is tricky, if you use too much it will pill and become unworkable, but the lightest hand makes a BIG difference so it’s worth figuring it out. Then I use the a concealer (current favorites are the Clarins Instant Concealer or the Lancôme Teint Idole All Over Concealer. I’m not sure why no one talks about the Clarins, it’s phenomenal. Then I take the slightest bit of the Charlotte Tilbury Magic concealer, just where it is dark. It sounds like a lot, but thin layers are key. Honorable mentions to the Sisley Phyto Cernes Eclat (pricey but lasts forever, some days this is all I wear as it is also skincare) and the Westman Atelier II (magic brightener color for me). A good concealer brush is also key. I have tried a bunch but my favorite is the one from Beauty pie that is kind of like a wedge shape. It just doesn’t pick up too much product.

I have been using Just Peachy for the last six months and it has been a game changer for me. I either use Cognito or the Elf Creamy Concealer. I do use a little bit of setting powder under my eyes and love how it looks without being cakey.

I am 57 and my face is loosing volume. I have had dark circles all of my life and absolutely have to have colour corrector (orange) and concealer to help mask the circles and reduce the hollow appearance. The challenge is finding a product that does not make my under eyes look like dry reptile skin and emphasize my fine lines. I am not a heavy foundation user as my skin is actually in very good condition however I do have fine lines around my eyes and corners a little around he corners of my mouth. I will give some of your suggestions a whirl but I’ve tried so many brands that I am skeptical. I would appreciate a recommendation for an orange colour corrector that won’t look dry or blend with the concealer. Love your channel! Thank you
