I just realised that TSC and Alan are both mutually participating in healthy experimentation here - Alan creating a base shape and observing it’s versatility and TSC displaying them willingly. It’s a great showcase on how far Alan has come since his trial and errors with Victim.

I love the little cursor movements to show that Alan is paying attention to his boy and just watching him play around!

How useful a single circle can be! A basket-ball! A foot-ball! A hula hop! And a conveniently placed hole!

I feel like Alan had a flashback of when he was throwing balls at Victim when he made that circle.

I like how this implies that TSC has the ability to literally turn a physical 3D ball into a flat 2D circle by just rotating it in a higher plane of existence

Most people talking about this short being a reminder about victim, but I keep thinking of the bouncing ball being one of the first practices of Squash and Stretch Animation. Which is neat!
