Deepin Scrot-A special screenshot tool in Deepin Linux

I find this feature to be quite interesting and useful. You can do the basic editing live after you have taken the screenshot. Use Ctrl+Alt+A for taking screenshot.
It has other features also like
Delay screenshots (Ctrl + PrintScreen)
Quickly capture screen (the PrintScreen)
Grab the cursor window (Alt + PrintScreen).

Well you install shutter and use that as standalone, making Shutter default is possible, I have tried distro that do that but I don't remember which.

i'm using this distribution and i want to replace this print screen tool with shutter how can i do this ???
