How To Remove or Activate The Annoying Move Bar Alert on Garmin Vivoactive 3

Or re-Enable it

you can do it in your phone Garmin app but actually easier from your watch.
From Clock Display
Press the clock screen
Scroll down to Settings
Press Settings
Scroll Down to Activity Tracker
Press Activity Tracker
Move Alert should be second
Should be green if Move Enabled
Press to turn Grey
Flick screen to right several times to return to Clock Face.

More -- Garmin Devices --- device --- Device Settings --- untick Move Alert.

NOTE: The following watches do not have an option to disable the Move Alert: vivoactive, Vivofit, Vivofit 2, and Vivosmart
