reported. Its a maleware background hack that removes driver signing. If you dont know what that does, then you really shouldnt have found this video in the first place.

any normal shutdown and restart will also remove that . . . temporarily. same, as that command.

Wait what? This enables the part where drivers need to be signed. That's on by default. Is the watermark not signed but somehow there? Windows is weird.
EDIT: NO NEVER. NEVER DO THIS. THIS LEADS TO INSTANT MALWARE. AND BREAKS SECURE BOOK. THIS IS DISABLING THE PART WHERE DRIVERS NEED TO BE SIGNED. SO MALWARE COULD JUST INSERT A DRIVER. AND GET THE HIGHEST PRIVELEGES TO DO ANYTHING.

The command "bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF" disables test signing mode in Windows. Test signing mode allows the installation of drivers that haven't been digitally signed by Microsoft. Disabling it enhances system security but may prevent the installation of some drivers that lack proper signatures.

Don't Do this. I think this removes driver signing. Which basically means any driver such as unsafe drivers can be installed by malware.
