I wonder if Bill and Melinda Gates would be happy going to a hospital whose staff was laissez faire about math. It’s not just the Drs. That use math, but nurses, pharmacists, Lab techs, even the phlebotomists need to be accurate in math. Who really wants to live in that kind of world except people who think they are somehow cushioned from its bad effects.
