Yoooo the youtube algorithm is something! I was the one that sold you this Mac on eBay. I recognized the "J.S" on the back that was left there before I acquired it. Tried my best to scrub it out but just gave up on it haha. Sorry to hear about the HD thought but that was bound to happen as you said. But glad to hear you're overall happy! Some say Mac OS 7.5 was the most stable and popular Mac OS version to ever be produced before the Mac OS X era. I have just about every version of the Mac OS prior to Mac OS X.
Oh man... I miss all of those little preference panel icons loading at the bottom of the screen on the startup page.

very interesting video. Mind if I asked what you paid for it on eBay, and what you used to connect it to the LCD monitor since, I think, Apple had their own proprietary connector on these models? I have a Performa 6116CD that is quite similar. Thanks and good luck with it! Hope you enjoy it!
