Hi, I was curious whether we should check back EMF at no load with 0A current excitation or it should be excited. I think practically we check the Back EMF when the current through the windings is 0. Thanks in advance!

You did not set insulating boundary layer on copper coils, the simulation results will be wrong because of that, you can check it when you set the insulation on copper. You can know it is wrong by calculating B in the air, and using winding coefficient and flux calculated by that procedure and defining flux linkage analytically.
