If you see a recurring 'Oops Something has gone wrong' message on the ViewPro, the solution is to press the 'OK' button on the device for 10 seconds.

I spent hours trying to fix this, but the above works.

So I have a question. My sons favorite movies are the indiana Jones movies and they aren't always open to watch on streaming but when they are allowed could I buy the device and record all the indiana Jones movies and then give the whole device to him for Xmas. Also how many movies would the device hold or is the memory part a seperate item like a memory stick or what would you recommend to save those movies on or a series so that he could use them when he stays at his cabin he doesn't have any way to watch movies would this work for that. I know big run on sentence just want to know what to get for a kid that's got everything.

Thanks for your video. I'm in the process of eliminating cable with DVR service. The thing is, every now and then there's something that I like to archive to DVD for my own personal use and enjoyment such as a local news story or even a favorite tv show. Is there any way to transfer content saved to these devices onto DVD? Not sure I'm good with USB sticks or SD card storage just yet. Thank you for your time and presentation.

Hi, I bought one a week ago and 2 rechargeable batteries for it, and I'm about to return it the 2032 coin battery keeps popping out it won't stay in place, and the 7inch picture when i record can't get a full screen I tried everything can't get a full sceen and other thing I recorded several 3 minute video clips and tried to pause and resume record, but there's no pause option if you push stop it will save the file and start a new one, It's a very nice unit but it doesn't do what I want it for.

Can i record stuff on live tv diferent chanels diferent times and not have to look at what im recording
