I have seen a lot of Sunday resets on YouTube, but I would enjoy seeing a Monday reset sometimes. A Monday reset would be good for when you don't finish all your housework on Sunday.

I also heat damaged my curly hair (3b). I made the mistake of straightening it at 435 F to make it more "sleek" but it kind of backfired and I had severe heat damage mostly at the ends. I did a big chop a couple of weeks ago from waist length to clavicle length and I kind of like it. I was sad about it for a while but it's just hair, it will grow back

Olaplex is good in all but you have to take a break from the heat. Just put the flat irons up for at least a good 6 months. Go without heat Especially if you want to see a difference in your hair health.

When you use pore strips, you might want to put some witch hazel on your nose and really really wet. The porch strip up because witch hazel pools everything you have in your nose to the surface.
