Low->High attack is easy. Just sit close
But High->Low attack is very difficult
We need to predict Knight's forward distance and sit in the correct position

Or just jump then crouch or crouch than jump for 100% dodge rate? This is the direct result of everyoen looking for cheese with every enemy in the game : P
