How to Improve Gaming Performance on Intel HD Graphics

Well, there is one side effect. If you change the Intel HD settings to "Peformance", the graphic's quality of the game will be a little bad, but the peformance will increase. Sorry I don't know how to reply with the new youtube comment :(

I hava a 15inch monitor and 4:3 with 1024x768 resolution and why is it if i choose "maintain aspect ratio" in the intel graphics control panel the image on my monitor is stretched vertically?
