My unsigned, as of yet, contract under a hybrid model says :
The PUBLISHER would have the right of first offer to the AUTHOR’S next work, but this must not be taken to infringe in any way the right of the AUTHOR, or to commit the AUTHOR to future dealings with the PUBLISHER.
What do you think of the wording regarding future works? Thanks for this!

Idk if you’ll see this but… where did you go? What company should I go to that can help a 1st time Author? I’m just so lost where to start and which companies to trust. I see a lot saying what not to do, how to write or be come an author but never which companies are the best and who I can trust. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks 🙏
