**Equipment Overview**
This EPS recycling production line is specially designed for crushing, melting, and pelletizing foam plastics (such as polystyrene foam, EPE, EPP, etc.), achieving efficient recycling and resource recovery.
The fully automated system processes various waste EPS packaging materials, insulation boards, and industrial scraps, converting them into high-purity recycled PS pellets suitable for plastic product manufacturing.

**Process Flow**
1. **Crushing System**
- Equipped with a high-power crusher to shred bulk EPS foam into uniform small pieces, ensuring smooth melting.

2. **Hot Melting & Compression**
- The screw-type melting unit heats and compresses crushed EPS, achieving a **90:1 volume reduction ratio**, significantly cutting storage and transportation costs.

3. **Extrusion & Pelletizing**
- Melted PS is filtered, extruded, and cut into uniform recycled pellets with adjustable density for diverse production needs.
