No one knew fourty years ago corrution in Afghanistan as such! This culture of corruption is some thing new to Afghanistan which was introduced to Afghanistan unfortunately after the invasion of Afghanistan by former Soviet Union and during the power of the terrorists Taliban has increased highly.
