My Background: I am a former Special Forces SGM that started my career as an 11B or basic infantryman, and became a Special Forces 18B weapons specialist and served 9 combat rotations overseas. I served as a Sniper, Assaulter, JTAC, TSE expert, Free Fall jumpmaster and more.
I served in 3rd SFG, 10th SFG, USASOC, 19th SFG, and the CIA as a GRS officer protecting Case Officers overseas. I have a Bachelors degree in Homeland Security/Crisis Management and I appreciate you all tuning in!

As a Shelby Employee, i am glad he is out having a blast enjoying his car. I hate seeing these cars going up for sale with no miles because the person that bought it kept it in the garage. These cars were meant to be run, raced and beat on.

That's funny you mention that shop Mike! I'm actually the (civilian) supervisor for an Auto Skills shop on an AF base. And MWR Morale Welfare Recreation. I see a lot of cool cars in our shop. Looks like y'all are having fun

Maybe a strange off topic comment but, your ability to adapt and blend to the environment/culture is neat. In the interview you are sharp with your speech/pronunciation. In contrast to when you are driving the car, you can hear a twang and relaxation of you cadence, similar to the Texas accent. I teach English to English language learners so working with different accents is common. I am curious if this adaptability is natural or learned from your time in the Army Special Forces. My uncle was in 10th group in the late 80's and talked about that type of training to me before. I don't know if you could, have thought of, or are interested in making a video about that kind of thing, but I would defiantly watch it.

First off, let me say thank you for your service. Second, I've only watched a few of your videos so far. But I have noticed that you really emphasize that you are Happa. Okay, cool. As you say, people can tell. Again, Cool ! My wife is Happa also (Sansei), making my son Yonsei.
By your facial features and their movements, I'm going to guess JA.
I would say that you are very proud of that part of your Heritage, and that you do not want people to miss that fact.
I would hazard to guess that there is a story behind that repeated emphasis. Maybe that story is a topic for a new video. Or, lay it out in your channel's "About" section.
You've dangled the bait. You've got our What's the story ?!!

If you have already done a video with that story in it, a quick scan of your video list doesn't bring it to the forefront.
Don't leave us hanging.
