This video is an update on my two (2) year old pineapple plants growing successfully in zone 5b. As well as tips.

I started my pineapple plants from the tops of organic fresh pineapples which have been successfully growing in containers.

How do you prep your pineapple plants for the indoors? Mine is so big I might need to cut the leaves back

Thank you for the helpful advice. Two months ago, I started growing my first pineapple tops. Our summer temperature arranged from 99°-110° without complaining about how they are growing like weeds😊 I know that after September, I really have to watch out for low temps in the evening. Y'all wish me luck 💚

I don’t see much videos about How to water.. Some say water the top of the plant, I also saw one watering the dirt. I’ve been watering my pineapple plant from the top but it eventually rotted and died

pineapple plants will survive brief freezes which do not get below 28F. the burn on the leaves isn't a temperature problem it is the adjustment from indirect sunlight to direct full sunlight. it is inevitable.

My plant got cold and wet, the bottom leaves are turning yellow. Should i throw it away or can it be fixed?
