It's a scam, the real trick is to coat the electrons with an oil layer, so they can flow more easily. (snake oil works the best for this purpose).

I use these to wipe down my Monster HDMI cables. It improves the electron flow and the colors get deeper and more details become visible in movies, plus frame rate in games is improved. My whole system is powered by solar roadways.

This is brilliant. I've seen some absurd claims about energy saving products but the idea that wiping your junction box will reduce your bills is the most implausible thing I've seen so far.

You will no longer know which switch is for which outlets in the house either! Isoprop is great at removing the ink the switch sticker is populated!
Truth be told, most people probably could save 20-25% on their power bill with some minor changes and some thought. Remembering to turn off lights, unplugging vampire loads, switching to CFLs etc.
