Spy sings 'Master of Disguise' from LazyTown

The Spy from the videogame Team Fortress 2 dances and sings the song "Master of Disguise", just like the villain Robbie Rotten from the TV show LazyTown. Only Spy could possibly compete with Robbie about who is the true master of disguise!

The animation took me 5 weeks to complete in the program Source Filmmaker (made by Valve), and was fun throughout. Robbie's underground lair is modeled on the Black Mesa map, along with shots from Warmfront and Badwater. Everything is animated by hand - one second of movie time takes about one hour of work.

Once I saw the original LazyTown song, I jumped at the opportunity to make an affectionate parody, seeing as how similar they are - they turn invisible, disguise, and sneak about almost equally! Except Spy has more a penchant of stabbing people in the back.

Plot twist: the Spy is Robbie Rotten in disguise

Stefan (Robbie Rotten's actor) actually looks like he can cosplay as Spy, both have glorious chins, has a stubble beard and their noses, looks similar.

This is amazing. The lyrics of the original song go so darned well with the Spy, especially "I can be in different places with my friendly *faces*" and how he's "gone in front of your eyes" because he can cloak.
