SGPD cracks down on school safety zones
ST. GEORGE, Utah - + Video – ( Aug. 14, 2017) Washington County students headed back to school Monday. The St. George Police Department wants to make sure students get to and from school safely. Police officers are reminding drivers and students to obey the traffic signs and speed limits especially near schools and crosswalks.
Police say they aren’t warning drivers, but will actually ticket them if they catch them in the wrong.
