So thankful I was never abused! I was always at church. I remember once having a priest squeezing my cheeks while at a Spanish choir practice. My godmother came over and removed me telling me to stay away from him because he likes to touch a lot. I was about ten years old. Your story is so traumatic! I’m so sorry what happened to you. I knew about sex at an early age. My Mom told me enough to watch and know. I was cornered once in our barn with a farm worker. I was able to get away.. He looked huge. I wonder if more kids knew more earlier they could get away.. Its the evil result of mandatory celibacy of priests. Apostle paul once wrote to his young disciple timothy and listed down the qualifications of a bishop or a church leader. Among those was he must be a husband of one wife and is able to manage his own house very well including his own children. For if he cant manage his own house well, how can he manage the house of God? Its easy for priests to assault young boys or girls because they dont feel empathy to these children or parents because they dont have children of their own. In our country during the spanish era, there are a lot of cases where friars rape young wives and impregnated and bore them children in secret. There are more acts of oppression by these priests but its in the past now. Whats so annoying is that our countrymen still blindly submit to these people. They will never open their eyes I guess.

I'm so glad my parents were not Catholic. Priest is not the closest to God. So far from it. Praise God one day soon all these that committed rape on anyone will stand before God. They think they are above judgement are they in for an awakening. Glory to God in the highest.

When I first heard of the sexual abuses towards children done by several Catholic Priests. I was shocked 😳, speechless 😶 and appalled 😮. When I was a lad, I attended Catholic Christian mass every Sunday. I had no idea that a Catholic Priest could do such a horrible thing. Now thankfully I wasn’t sexually abused by a Catholic Priest but I do feel sorry for the victims especially Monica. Furthermore, I worked with several Catholic Priests and never once did I hear of them sexually attacking a innocent child. Just because several Catholic Priests sexually attacked children, doesn’t mean I’m going to abandon my Catholic Christian faith.
