Some of my favorite parts of the outlander story is the relationship Jamie has with his children, portrayed beautifully by Sam. The depth of the storyline in the books and in the TV series is so beautifully told by the writers and actors.

Sophie's best scenes are with Sam. I love this scene one of my favorites as is the scene when they first meet! So well acted! It was perfect!

I love Jamie as a parent. Despite all the horror, grief and loss the single biggest tragedy is that Jamie and Claire never get to raise a child together.

I really wanna see grown up william in the show. I know a lot of people dont like him in the books but im loving his journey, he is becoming a better person and coming to grips with his identity and values, and im finding that very interesting, even if he is a dipshit sometimes.

For those saying that William is Brianna’s only sibling and that they are Jamie’s only (living) children, I want to remind you that Fergus is Brianna and William’s actual brother too, through adoption, but their brother nonetheless. Jamie and Claire have always considered Fergus their son and they formally adopted him, so he is as much Brianna’s big brother as her half-brother young William. This doesn’t take away from this special moment of Brianna learning about her little brother that she might be able to find in a book in her time, but I wanted to remind everyone they have another sibling too.

When He asks her to look for william in the future.. the moment when he drops his gaze to the table and doesnt look back up when he asks her "when will you leave". How sad!

Yes the Jamie and Bree scenes are the best. They deleted one from season 5 I think. The producers dont understand that we fans want longer episodes not shorter.

I was truly shocked and feel it is a real mistake to make Claire become addicted to ether in the 1st episode of Season 6. She is simply not that self-destructive and it seems like a real wrong turn for the story, I'm sorry Gabalon felt the need to do this.
