Why don't you ever pop the perfectly rounded discolored bumps on the face with the dry skin around it? The skin is trying to heal over a bump that was never properly extracted and it needs to be extracted also, even if all that's left is the sac under the skin.

I often think of the client 1 week from the extractions when all the scabs will have fallen off and how wonderful they feel about themselves. I would love to know if, after the extractions, they are given a nice skin-calming facial, Or do they just walk out into the street all red and bloody?
