Born in Philly and still living in Philly! Go to Jim’s Steaks! Pat’s and Geno’s are tourist traps!

Pat’s and Geno’s is for tourist. Really cool to see at night, but locals rarely eat there. ;)

Try Jim’s on south street or Delessandro’s in Roxborough for some of the best steaks next time!

You missed out the Penns Landing/ Harbor Park. That is such beautiful place to go to. Especially during summer time.

There's so much to do in Philly! Society Hill is THE most beautiful neighborhood in all of the US. Roam around that part of Philly and you'll feel like you are back in the Revolutionary War period. Lots of great restaurants and cafes in the Old City, along with the Museum of the American Revolution, Ben Franklin Museum, Betsy Ross house, Tomb of the Unknown Solider in Washington Square, and other historic sites. After the art museum, walk down Ben Franklin Parkway and see the Rodin Museum (included with Phila Art Museum tickets) and the Barnes Foundation. The Barnes is one of the finest private collections of art in the world. Monday - Friday there are tours of City Hall. See a show in one of the theaters on Broad Street. The Muetter Museum houses a collection of medical oddities that is definitely worth checking out. The archaeology museum at UPenn is worth seeing as well. The Franklin Institute and Academy of Natural Sciences are great science museums located next to each other. Lots of shopping in Center City on Walnut and Chestnut Streets. Rittenhouse Square is a beautiful park that often has craft fairs and other things going on.

As a Philadelphian, this is a pretty solid list. Screw Pat's and Geno's...go Delasandro's. It's out of the way from the usual tourist spots, but worth it.

Would love to see more of Philly. Especially info on how to ride the train/subway to get around coming from the Amtrak Station, and places to stay near the train station. Thank you for all you do!

Geno's sucks. Lol! And Philly pro tip: go to the art museum on a Wednesday so you can skip the $20 admission and instead "pay what you wish" :)

Geno's is one of the worst places to get a cheese steak.

Penns Landing & the Spruce Street Harbor Park. From May-September, it's a great location for tourists

The Victor Cafe is one of my favorite Italian Restaurants in Philadelphia. And the singing just adds to the aura.

Man, as a Philly resident I agree and confirm with everything you said, love the way you explained things. Just can add walking in old city observing historical streets and really nice architecture, zoo park, night clubs in downtown with live music, city hall, Chinatown, Germantown etc

I’d recommended Yards Brewery on Spring Garden, Pizza from Santucci’s, get a Hoagie from Wawa, Cookies from Insomnia, rent a bike in Fairmount Park, enjoy Philly!

Thanks for coming to my city! I would also recommend the Museum of the American revolution and the Barnes Museum on the Parkway. City Hall has guided tours for only $5. Midtown Village has tons of great restaurants.

Reading Terminal Market is my heaven! And I would recommend spending more time in Old Town Philly than just Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Washington Square, Christ Church Burial Ground, Carpenter's Hall and so many more historical buildings and churches that will fill a history lover's day.

Ben Franklin's tomb and Valley Forge are my two favorite historical sites.
