@ 31:54 That wasn't totally that drivers fault, both lanes of travel were blocked. Traffic just stopped on a major highway too, if broke down move to the shoulder if possible same with an accident clear the lane of travel for other motorist. Any law law enforcement officer will tell you the same.

For all you new drivers and you Bed Buggers ther are numbers to call Rail Road Dispatch along with the crossing number you happen to be stuck at so any or all trains can be stopped before there is a mess due to your lack of thought. I know this because I used to haul fuel for Rail Road to fuel locomotives on track at designated areas.
