Audi RS3 v Volvo C30 Polestar drag race

Is Audi's 335bhp RS3 faster than Volvo's 400+bhp C30 Polestar concept? Both are four-wheel drive, and both have five-cylinder engines....

Never really liked the sound of the rs3 5 cylinder compared to the old 5 cylinder Audi's they sound way better. Either way I would still take a volvo 5 cylinder any day over a Audi just cause volvos are more nostalgic

That's true, The Ford Focus ST, RS and RS 500 use the VOLVO 5 cylinder engine. I dont know why he said Focus engine... Next time maybe handy to do some research EVO!!

The RS3 is a tuned A3. Tuned by Audi's RS division. Like the BMW's M division and Mecerdes' AMG division. Polestar presents itself as the future sport division for Volvo, from which this was the first child. The second child is a S60 and probably this is the first Polestar Volvo that will be marketed.

Secondly, the four-wheel or AWD system is not specifically taken from the Volvo V50 since the Haldex AWD system is offered across a range of all Volvo models.

@kchoima man, of course you have your points and since you are in the automotive industry, i am sure you know a lot more than me in cars, i am just an electrical engineer.. I am just talking from my experience, my fathers volvo 244GL car since 1976, that kept driving perfectly for 27 years after hundreds of thousands of kms (one of the few cars to reset the km counter in 1 million kms as the mercedes 450 SEL of that time).. thats why i am also driving a Volvo..

@MrPaulrevere ...and that's true, but the engine is not "invented" by Ford for use in their vehicles, so the engine isn't a Ford powerplant as say the Duratec lineup. The engine is "borrowed" from Volvo - and if you would go further it would be inspired by Audi's five-cylinder design (if my memory serves me correct).
