I can't understand how they are allowed to publish defamatory and false reviews about businesses, without any legal repercussions. I just found my company listed on their website a few days ago. When I asked them to take down defamatory reviews, they said the reviews were not defamatory, when I tried to flag reviews as not being genuine, it wouldn't let me because they were over 1 year old!!

This company should be broken, in court. Seriously. Me as a business owner who had no part in Trustpilot got sucked in. A bad review was placed and in order to engage i was forced to signup with a account. Long story short; a complete story with full defamation written trustpilot is unable to remove it, no defamation found. While it screams left and right from someone i dont know, never done business with and cant provide any legitimate documentation that would prove otherwise. I have bin going back, forth for days into this maze of trustpilot, where your being taken hostage to interact using their platform.

Top to bottom; do not engage, do not do business with trustpilot. It's a absolute terrible company in so many ways.

Yeah I hope you know that the bad reviews you probably had gotten and the people were emailing you and stuff they were probably just people paid by trust pilot they're known for paying for bad reviews on businesses and good reviews and any actual good reviews or bad reviews that are actual reviews they'll go and they'll literally have the people have to prove that the review is true and ask you for personal information and stuff which is against the law
