Understanding responsive behaviours: How the environment impacts mood and behaviour

Our online Education Series, The Big 4: Understanding the key factors impacting on responsive behaviours aims to inform you about external and internal factors in older people, that if unaddressed may lead to responsive behaviours. We discuss how the environment, continence and pain can lead to an older person exhibiting responsive behaviours. We also share how to develop a positive behaviour support plan, to suit the individual needs of the person with responsive behaviours.

This education session is appropriate for anyone working with older people in the aged care, health care, home / community setting.
